Correcting necks like the one in the x-ray pictured above has always been difficult because of the flat upper thoracic spine.
Now, with the application of “The Thoracic-Flex Body Weight,” it is possible to pre-stress the upper thoracic spine into kyphosis while the patient is in seated cervical extension traction.
The body weight can also be used in a standing or ambulatory fashion. Home use, with thoracic stabilizing belt and concurrent Pro-Lordotic Neck Exercises is also recommended.
“The Thoracic-Flex Body Weight” is made of neoprene and comes with a padded quick release buckle and five feet of 2” belting.
