Yes, we provide instructions with each of our products. And you can download the instructions online as well by visiting our Instructions page. If you don’t see a particular set of instructions for your device or product, please contact us so we can provide one to you.
What if I have a question about orders and payments?

How does shipping work?
All orders within the continental United States, Hawaii and Canada are shipped via FedEx ground. International orders are shipped via FedEx international economy. If you would prefer a faster or alternate method of shipment, please let us know. You will be charged only for the cost of shipping. We do not charge a handling fee.
Can I purchase your products in person?
Yes, you can purchase our products in-person. You can visit our Contact page for our address and further information. If you’re not in California, check out Seminars page as we regularly attend and organize events. It’s a great chance to meet us and try our products out in person.
